CCO Winning Throughout
Clear Channel Outdoor created and launched an internal initiative called Winning Throughout to enable ALL employees to be recognised in the role they play in every part of the business. In most companies, especially those driven by sales, the sales teams tend to receive the most credit, usually monetary. Aim here was/is to highlight that it’s a team effort. Another aspect of WTO was to focus on a healthy life/work balance.
Design: Logo, InDesign poster templates to highlight markets wins and templates that all employee can use, whereby no design software is needed, we gave png file of the logo and asked people to use Century Gothic, a font that available on all PC and closely matches corporate font, Proxima Nova. In additional, designed an award that would go to winners (quarterly) based on a points system, which corporate devised.
